LeadFlowCheck handles website enquiries and project correspondence. Alex Hamozi is your business contact at the email and correspondence address above. We use the information you send to assess requested work, respond to you and manage an agreed project.
This static page includes no analytics, tracking cookies, embedded third-party media or enquiry form. Selecting an email link opens your email app; it does not send automatically. GreenCloud provides website hosting and processes network requests to serve the page. Our site configuration does not retain HTTP access or error logs. BusinessIdentity provides our business email service; your own email provider also processes correspondence under its terms.
We review inactive enquiries monthly and manually delete those inactive for more than 90 days, except correspondence still needed for active projects and records required for accounting or legal obligations. Active project correspondence is kept while needed to deliver and support the work. Records required for accounting, contractual obligations or disputes may be kept longer. Opt-out records are kept to respect requests to stop contact. This is a manual review and deletion policy, not automatic deletion.
Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information by email. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry information, or to object to further contact, email Alex. We review your request and explain any information we need to retain.
A project-specific written quote governs scope, deadlines, milestones and revision limits. Revisions address the agreed scope; additional work is quoted separately. You provide authorised access and accurate, permitted content.
You have five business days to review against the quote's checklist. Acceptance requires your written confirmation. If you are silent, work pauses and Alex follows up. The 14-day bug-support period starts on acceptance and covers defects in the agreed delivered work.
On cancellation, completed work and agreed nonrecoverable expenses are charged using the valuation agreed in the quote. Unused prepaid funds are refunded and paid completed work is handed over. Deposits are not subject to a blanket nonrefund rule.
Paid work begins only after a project-specific written quote is agreed. Invoice details and payment instructions are supplied separately before payment is requested.
